This dance fitness program is dedicated to the beautiful and energetic
sounds of Soca music. It combines high cardio, toning and fun, easy dance
moves to gain proven fitness results. Music is masterfully mixed by
Trinidadian native DJ, designed to keep you moving and sweating to the
sweet sounds.
We’ll be WINING our hips, WERKING our waistlines and getting SOCA WET! This
SOCA music will move you to sweat and burn the calories away while having
the BEST TIME!
Zumba
Take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
Zumba Kids
Zumba® Kids classes feature kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba choreography. We break down the steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure.
30 Minutes
Get in and out with this quick 30-minute workout incorporating light dumbbells, resistance bands and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) drills. This workout “hits” all the right spots FAST so you can get on with your day.
Acqua
Aqua Zumba® blends the Zumba® philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party you shouldn’t miss! There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba® class so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.
Stretch Break
Stiff from sleeping last night? Need a good stretch after a workout? Long
day in front of the computer? Are muscles tight and need a break? Sitting too
long? Take a brief break away to stretch it out! Three minutes, thirty
minutes, or any amount of time in between. Stretch until you feel better.

Natilia Sibert
Natilia is an Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) Certified Group Fitness Instructor. In addition to her AFFA, Natilia also earned her Master of Arts in Management and Leadership from Webster University and Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Technical Communications from Colorado State University. She also obtained specialized licenses specific to a variety of fitness formats.
